Emergency Protocol

45-Minute S136 Confirmation

All S136 referrals receive a confirmed crew deployment within 45 minutes of booking — or you will be immediately informed of an alternative arrangement.

24/7 Clinician on Dispatch

Our control room is staffed by clinically trained dispatchers around the clock. Clinical queries during live jobs are handled directly, not via call-back.

ePCR on Every Journey

A patient clinical record is completed for every secure transport journey — observations, interventions and handover details — forming part of the clinical chain of care.

Post-Incident Review

Any use of restrictive intervention is documented, reviewed and reported to the commissioner within agreed timescales. Duty of candour applies as standard.
