What We Provide

Our patient transport division operates across England with a range of specialist vehicle and crew configurations to match every referral type.

Non-Emergency Patient Transport (NEPTS)

Commissioned NEPTS for NHS ICBs and trusts — planned journeys for outpatient appointments, diagnostics and inter-hospital transfers. PTS Level 3 crews, real-time dispatch.

Bariatric Transport

8 specialist bariatric vehicles with heavy-duty tail lifts, extended stretchers rated to 350 kg+, and crews trained in bariatric manual handling. Full clinical triage at point of booking.

HDU Step-Down Transport

High-dependency step-down transfers with monitoring-capable crews. SpO2, NIBP, ECG-capable vehicles and documented clinical risk assessment completed jointly with referring clinical team.

Discharge Transport

Fast-turn discharge journeys to reduce delayed transfers of care. Coordinated with ward teams, patient-ready confirmation before dispatch.

Dialysis Transport

Regular contracted dialysis runs with fixed-route scheduling, consistent crews familiar with renal patients, and reliable on-time performance.

Outpatient Transport

Outpatient and diagnostics transport — escort-capable, accessible vehicles for mobility-impaired patients, with return journey booking as standard.
